Ignatian Journey
The Ignatian Journey is an intensive year-long cohort designed for pastors and ministry leaders seeking a deeper spiritual experience. Following the Ignatian pathway, this cohort is rooted in biblical authority and the gospel of Christ.
This journey has potential for tremendous spiritual transformation. It also involves significant commitment. You will need to commit 45-60 minutes to devotional exercises on a daily basis. You should possess a fairly developed devotional commitment before participating in the journey.
Additional resources (books) will be required. I’ll provide a list upon request. You will likely need be prepared to read for about 2 -3 hours weekly in order to take full advantage of the experience.
The cohort will generally meet on the second and fourth Monday of each month from 1-3 pm et. Summer months will reduce to a single meeting. While occasional absences will be expected, you should be able to commit to the majority of meetings over the course of the journey.
A monthly individual direction session will complement the journey (12 total).
Likely, you will need to consider carefully if you are ready for to make this commitment. I believe in this journey and the transformative potential that awaits those who make it. If you have interest, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you to clarify any questions you may have. Feel free to reach out.
